How do I backup my ChurchKeeper Data?

1) From the Main Menu select the System pull down.

2) Click the Backup/Restore Option, and follow the prompts.

3) We recommend you backup to another media such as a cd, flash drive, zip drive, etc.

How do I backup to a CD or other Media?

1) Follow the steps from the previous question.

2) From the 'Backup System' prompt click on Backup.

3) When you receive the 'save in' prompt pull down 'save in' and locate your cd drive (requires writeable cd) or locate other media such as your flash drive.

4) Click on Save.

5) Remember that cd drives require a second step from the operating system to complete the backup. To do this, go to 'My Computer', and click on your cd drive, then click on the option to 'write these files to the cd'.

How do I backup to a Web?

1) From the Main Menu of ChurchKeeper select the System pull down.

2) Click the Backup/Restore Option.

3) Click the Send to Web control in the bottom left and follow the prompts.

How do I restore my data from a previous backup?

1) ** All DATA IS REPLACED WHEN YOU RESTORE **.

2) From the Main Menu select the 'System' pull down.

3) Click the Backup/Restore option.

4) From the 'Backup System' prompt click on Restore.

5) Locate the backup file to restore and follow the prompts.
